In the JV season opener at Auman Stadium on Thursday night, Orange cruised to a 48-6 victory over Northern Durham. Hunter Pettiford rushed for over 100 yards and scored three touchdowns. Pettiford made his varsity debut last week against Person, and is expected to be one of Orange’s eight-quarter players for the senior team. Pettiford talked about his love of being active after the win.
