Orange women’s soccer’s senior Alexis Stephens, Grady Luna, Lucy Mignosa, Kyla Mehl, Molly Kruse, Holly De La Rosa & Oakley Gaddy Discuss Win vs. J.F. Webb

The Orange women’s soccer team celebrated its Senior Night with a victory over J.F. Webb in Hillsborough on Monday night. Senior Lucy Mignosa scored as the Lady Panthers won 3-0 over the Warriors. On Wednesday, Mignosa formally signed to play soccer at Concord University in Athens, West Virginia. Goalkeeper Alexis Stephens got to play in the outfield for her final regular season home game, nearly scoring on a free kick in the waning seconds. Stephens, who has been the starting goalkeeper for the past three years, has signed to play at Division II Shaw University. Kyla Mehl has played varsity soccer for four years and is a three-sport athlete, having played basketball and tennis. Molly Kruse, the younger sister of former Orange lacrosse player Connor Kruse, is another three-sport athlete who played tennis and was a swimmer. She has scored three goals this season. Evelyn Gover is a co-Captain who has played on the varsity for three years. She has three career goals. Holly De La Rosa spent her first season on the varsity this year. Gracy Luna has played three seasons on the varsity. Oakley Gaddy is another multi-sport athlete whose older sister was the leading scorer for Orange last year. Orange will host Cedar Ridge in the opening round of the 5A State Playoffs at Orange Soccer Field on Monday night.
