The Cedar Ridge women’s tennis team is closing out head coach Noah Powers’ first season as head coach in style.

So much so that the Red Wolves, which defeated St. Pauls in the opening round of the 5A State Dual Team Playoffs in 2025, may earn a return trip to the postseason in October.

The Red Wolves won back-to-back matches on the road matches to start the week. On Monday, the Red Wolves completed a sweep of the season series by beating South Granville 9-0 in Creedmoor. Cedar Ridge followed that up with a win at Durham School of the Arts on Tuesday.
