Before Cedar Ridge and Orange lacrosse tangle at Red Wolf Stadium this Friday night, there’s a competition going on this week between the two schools that doesn’t involve sticks or goalie masks.
This week, Cedar Ridge and Orange are competing to raise funds for each school’s PORCH club.
The PORCH Hillsborough organization provides food to 650 families in need.

Monetary donations will be collected and will go directly toward supporting PORCH Hillsborough’s local food assistance efforts.
The goal to end hunger across Orange County will continue throughout the week. When you donate, you’ll be asked to choose which school you’re supporting: Orange or Cedar Ridge. Every can, every dollar, and every pound brings us one step closer to making a meaningful impact.
The final results will be announced at Friday’s game between Orange and Cedar Ridge. Faceoff will be at 7PM.
