This week’s Orange Panther of the Week is linebacker/wide receiver Colin Guentensberger. On October 19 in a 24-7 win at Northwood, Guentensberger led Orange in receiving with four receptions for 67 yards. He also tied for the team lead with nine tackles, three for a loss. On Thursday night in a loss to Eastern Guilford in Hillsborough, Guentensberger had over ten tackles. He also had Orange’s longest play from scrimmage, a 36-yard touchdown pass from senior quarterback Travis Ray. This spring, Guentensberger will return to the Orange baseball team. Last season, he was Orange’s starting right field.
