This accolade for Payton Wilson was based on his performance in Orange’s victory over Western Guilford last week, where he had a 96-yard touchdown run and led the team in tackles. It could have just as easily gone for his performance on Friday night against Southern Durham, where he returned two punts for touchdowns of 55 and 66 yards.
